Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped within 1 business days after order is placed.
All items are shipped from my studio in Bursa.

International orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS. I ship within 1 business days and shipping to your country generally is expected to take 2-7 business days for delivery. 
I can't guarantee an estimated delivery date for international orders. International shipping times can vary greatly depending on customs processing within your country.

 

CUSTOM :

International buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges that may are brought on during customs clearance. I will not be held responsible for any customs duties or fees. Customs fees and duties are NOT included in the shipping cost! I have no control over the issuance of customs fees or duties. If you have questions about possible fees or delays please contact your local customs office for further details. Once your package is picked up by FedEx or UPS ,I have no control over shipping times and do not guarantee international ship times.

NEED YOUR ORDER EXPRESSED OR OVERNIGHTED?
If you need your order expressed or overnighted, please contact me with the date needed along with your full address and items you wish to order. I will promptly reply with a shipping quote based on the information provided.

Special Notes

Please note that on rare occasion, some orders may be delayed by 1-2 days due to high volume sales during holiday seasons ,although this is very rare (this may occur without notice). However, if you need your order shipped for delivery on a certain date, simply convo me after your order is placed and let me know.I will happily do my best to push your order to the head of production to meet your needs upon request!

Please kindly understand that we cannot be held liable for  FedEx or UPS deliveries that are delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, delays due to excessive holiday mail traffic that may lead to driver shortages or time constraints imposed on being able to deliver on time, etc. Particularly during holiday seasons, on occasion, deliveries may be delayed as mail couriers are struggling to keep up with the rise in holiday mail. Although very rare, it can happen on occasion, so I always suggest giving yourself a little wiggle room to allow for those rare hiccups to occur.

Any packages returned to me by FedEx or UPS for an incomplete or incorrect address will be held until additional postage is paid for by the customer for reshipment of the order. This includes situations where our shipping carriers have deemed that the address provided is inaccurate.

Any Packages that are marked as delivered by  FedEx  or UPS are considered delivered and are out of my hands. Please contact your local office for information on how to file a claim on the package. It is imperative that our wonderful customers track each package that is sent out and make sure they notify me immediately of any issues.

I cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after proof of delivery.

Payment Methods

I accept payments via Pay Pal. It's faster, easier and safer than most other payment options. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay through Paypal with a credit card.
